America's 250 Giveaway – Official Rules and Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or donation will not increase your chances of winning.
The America's 250 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Homer Cinema LLC ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway begins upon publication and ends on August 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("Entry Period"). The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, are not eligible to participate.
Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the official entry form located on the Sponsor's website. Submission of the entry form constitutes one (1) entry. Participants may earn five (5) additional entries by sharing The Impossible Dream film and entering a screenshot in the form. Participants may earn three (3) additional entries by posting a comment on the film on YouTube and submitting their YouTube username in the designated field on the entry form for verification purposes. Participants may complete all available entry methods for a maximum of nine (9) total entries. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all bonus entry requirements before awarding additional entries.
Only one participant per person and email address is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method intended to circumvent the entry limits may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, Giveaway administration, or the integrity of the promotion may result in disqualification.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the close of the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize package consists of products and merchandise associated with the America's 250 Giveaway with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of approximately $900 for first place, and $800 for second place. Specific prize items may vary based on availability. No cash substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, inaccurate, or technically malfunctioning entries, transmissions, communications, hardware, software, networks, servers, or other technical failures that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission, where permitted by law, to use the winner's first name, state, voice, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation, notice, or approval.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway. Decisions of the Sponsor regarding all matters related to the Giveaway are final and binding.
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and any applicable website terms. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described therein.
